Toastmasters@SDCC is here to help you become more competent and comfortable in front of an audience, learn to think quickly and clearly on your feet and develop better speaking, presentation, and leadership skills. Toastmasters@SDCC (club #1565545 ) is made up of 15 to 20 people who meet once a week for 90 minutes. Each of our meetings allow members an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches and offering constructive evaluations.

The Wisdom 2.0-San Diego network will include conscious business leaders from various walks of life, from coaches to technology staff, who are interested in connecting with others about how to more fully include mindfulness, wisdom and authentic leadership practices in their life and work. The group will meet monthly to share their work in this field, and to explore possible overlaps and collaborations.
