The Dallas Agile Leadership Network is a support group for executives, managers, and other leaders who want to increase the agility of their organizations. Unlike other groups, the Dallas Agile Leadership Network places emphasis on culture and business alignment over practices and tools. Toastmasters will give you the skills and confidence you need to effectively express yourself in any situation. By learning to effectively formulate and express your ideas, you open an entirely new world of possibilities. Physical fitness and mental fitness are both a challenge. Although the steps for both are easy to do, on the other hand, its easy not to do also. I encourage people to get in physical shape, however, why not get in mental shape as well?
